How is octopus prepared?
The best way to prepare the octopus on the grill or in the pan, and briefly, a maximum of 2-3 minutes. You can also cook it, 40-50 minutes. But one would have to watch it all the time to get the right moment to take out. Only a few minutes longer and the meat would be inedible. The octopus would then taste dry and tasteless.

Cooking in three pots
One of the good methods is cooking octopus in three pots. Boil the water in all three pots and cook the octopus in each for 15 seconds. But that works only if you do not have much meat. You should cook the big octopus differently. Better to take a pot with a little water and let the meat in it longer.
After cooking, you can bread, roast or otherwise prepare the octopus.

1 octopus
6 garlic cloves
1 glass of white wine
1 celery
1 pinch of salt
Black pepper

Separate the octopus into two parts. One part is put in a pot with 300 ml of boiling water, garlic and celery. Let the octopus cook for 40 minutes.
The second part is placed in 200 ml of boiling water, where there is still a glass of wine, garlic and celery. It is cooked for 40 minutes.
Prepare crispy octopus
Then you heat olive oil in a deep pan. Add onions and garlic for 2 minutes. Add the cooked octopus sliced. Fry from both sides for 3-4 minutes each. Season with salt and black pepper. It is recommended to enjoy the octopus warm.
